Customer: i am not very technical, but i think i am ready to install now- what do i do first?
Customer service rep:the first step is to open your "HEART"; have you located you "HEART"?
C: yes i have, but there are several programs running right now. Is it okay to install while they are running?
CSR: what programs are running?
C: let me see..i have PAST HURT.exe, LOW SELF ESTEEM.exe, GRUDGE.exe and RESENTMENT.exe running right now
CSR: no problem, LOVE.exe will automatically erase PAST HURT.exe from your current operating system-it may remain in your permenant memory but it wont disrupt other programs. LOVE.exe will eventually overwrite LOW SELF ESTEEM.exe with a module of its own called HIGH ESTEEM.exe. however, you have to completely turn on GRUDGE.exe and RESENTMENT.exe
these programs prevent LOVE.exe from being able to install properly. Can you turn those off?
C: i dont know how to turn them off
CSR: Well it will be my pleasure to help. go to your start menue and envoke FORGIVENESS.exe and do it as many times as it takes untill GRUDGE.exe and RESENTMENT.exe have been completely erased
C: ok done! LOVE.exe has started to install itsself auntomatically..is that normal?
CSR: yes it is, you should recieve a message that says it will reinstall the file for your "HEART"...has that message come up?
C: yes it has. is it completely installed?
CSR: yes, but remember that you only have the base program, You need to begin connecting to other "hearts" in order to get the upgrades.
C: ooops, i have an error message already...what do i do?
CSR: what does the message say?
C: its says "error 412- program not run on internal conponents" what does that mean?
CSR: dont worry, thats a common problem. it means that the LOVE.exe program is set up to run on external "HEARTS" but has not yet been run on your own "HEART".
its on of those complicated programs but in non-technical terms, it just means you have to run the LOVE.exe on your own machine before you can use the LOVE.exe on others.
C: what should i do?
CSR: can you find the directory called "SELF ACCEPTANCE" ?
C: yes i have found it
CSR: good, your getting good at this
C: thank you
CSR: now click on the following files and then copy them to the "MY HEART" directory:
FORGIVNESS.doc, SELF ESTEEM.txt, REALIZE WORTH.doc, and GOODNESS.txt
the system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching any faulty programming. Also, you need to delete SELF CRITIC.exe from all directories and then empty the recycle bin after to make sure its gone and doesnt come back.
C: ok got it. Hey my "HEART" is filling up with really neat files- SMILE.mgp is playing right now on my montior and it shows that WARMTH.cOM, PEACE.exe and CONTENTMENT.com are copying themselves all over my "HEART"
CSR: Then LOVE.exe is installed and running. you should be able to handle it from here....one more thing before i go
C: yes?
CSR: LOVE.exe is freeware, be sure to give it and its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn be able to share it with others and they will in turn, return some really neat modules to you.
C: i will, thanks for your help.
